Get More Web Traffic Fast!!!

On January 12, 2011, in Advertising, Marketing, SEO, by LuCuS

I know I’ve shared several methods on this site for building traffic to your website, but it’s now time to share a few more. In fact, these techniques are pretty simple to do and can build a ton of traffic almost instantly. And, the best part of all, these secrets cost you absolutely nothing but time! Let’s face it, if you’re trying to promote yourself, your website, or your products, you’re gonna want more traffic. Besides, traffic is how you’ll make money online.

One of the fastest ways to build almost instant traffic to your site is to get dugg. I’m talking about Digg.com. Digg is a social news website that allows visitors to vote up or down the articles that appear on their site. One of the cool things about Digg is that you can submit as many pages to them as you want. In fact, you can submit every article on your blog if you wanted to. But, be warned! If you submit articles to Digg and they become popular, your site can easily be overwhelmed with so much traffic that it has been known that the high volume of visitors can crash some web servers. But, if your site is being hosted by a good provider, all of that traffic can add up to big $$$.

With sites & blogs powered by systems like WordPress, it is extremely easy to have your site submitted to social sites like Digg by simply adding one of the many social widgets available. For example, at the bottom of this article, you will see links for Buzz Up, Digg, Mixx, and Twitter. If you move your mouse over any of them, you will see several more sites that you can auto submit this article to. Go ahead and try it. Click any of those links to automatically submit this article to those sites.

But, don’t stop there! Once you’ve submitted your pages to each of those social sites, ask your friends to go vote your articles up so that you will get more exposure. As your pages get more votes, you can sit back and watch the traffic roll in. If you have an ad system like Google AdSense implemented, you can also watch your income build as well.

Of those of you who aren’t diligently blocking the ads on this page, 63 percent are apparently ignoring them anyway. In fact, a majority of Americans say they ignore Internet advertising the most, compared to television, radio and newspaper ads.

Results of a new Adweek Media/Harris Interactive survey of about 2,100 U.S. adults show that over six in ten respondents say they tend to ignore or disregard Internet ads. Among those who ignore online ads, two in five say they ignore banner ads (43 percent) the most, and one in five say they ignore search engine ads (20 percent) the most.

I’ve been busy!!!

On October 26, 2010, in Advertising, General, Make Money, by LuCuS

For the last few weeks, I have been extremely busy working on our new advertising site, PRODI.US. All of my extra time has been devoted to this project which I believe will be completed within the next week or so. PRODI.US is a site that allows anyone with a website to display advertisements for others and get paid for it. The site also allows advertisers to bid on keywords they would like to have linked back to their sites. The site is completely free to register with and use as a publisher. Only advertisers are required to pay anything. Although the site isn’t 100% complete, you can still feel free to signup and play around with it. Once the site has been finished and we go live, all user accounts will be reset. If you do decide to play around with the new system before we go live with it, please send me your comments using the “contact us” page found on the site. All feedback is greatly appreciated. Also, when the site is finished, I’ll come back here and post an article introducing the site as it’s yet another way for you to make money on the internet.

Checkout the new site at http://prodi.us
