Digg is a social news website that allows visitors to vote up or down the articles that appear on their site. One of the cool things about Digg is that you can submit as many pages to them as you want. In fact, you can submit every article on your blog if you wanted to. But, be warned! If you submit articles to Digg and they become popular, your site can easily be overwhelmed with so much traffic that it has been known that the high volume of visitors can crash some web servers. But, if your site is being hosted by a good provider, all of that traffic can add up to big $$$.
With sites & blogs powered by systems like WordPress, it is extremely easy to have your site submitted to social sites like Digg by simply adding one of the many social widgets available. For example, at the bottom of this article, you will see links for Buzz Up, Digg, Mixx, and Twitter.
